Reflexology

Reflexology is a wellness modality that has been used for thousands of years throughout the world. Over time, various cultures and regions adopted their own styles and techniques, often times aligning to their medical and spiritual practices and theories. By applying acupressure to points on the feet, hands and ears, the practitioner helps to balance and harmonize the energy associated with specific areas of the body. Reflexology is soothing as well as invigorating.

    Traditional Thai Massage is a clothed modality done on the floor on a Thai mat. Sometimes referred to as assisted stretching, Thai Massage may increase range of motion, ease tension and releive aches! You will be amazed at how flexible you actually are! Fully clothed massage modality, please wear clothing you can move freely in such as yoga wear.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage - $80

    MLD is a detoxifying treatment that stimulates the flow of Lymphatic fluid, allowing the body to eliminate toxins and increase immune health. Wonderful to experience before and after surgeries, assists the body in it's own healing and recovery, and for overall well being and health. This massage modality is skin deep, meaning this is not a muscle massage, but a light pressure massage simply moving the skin to stimulate Lymphatic flow. 

    Please Note -  There are several styles of this type of massage, I use the Vodder Method.
